With number portability, there is no way to know what is a home number or what is a mobile number, nor can we determine what is active or inactive without sending first. SMS does not have delivery confirmation so there is no way of knowing if someone actually received or read your text message. This is the limitation on the carrier side and has nothing to do with Ez Texting as we simply use the technology they give us.
If your numbers are opt-in, you will know which ones are home numbers and which ones are active mobile telephone phone numbers.
